GOP Releases New Children’s Book “I Don’t Care About You”

WASHINGTON D.C. — A new book penned by the GOP’s own Mitch McConnell, was released this morning entitled, I Don’t Care About You.  The book is meant to serve as a simpler explanation of why the GOP would repeal The Affordable Care Act and deny healthcare for 30 Million Americans in a way that children everywhere will be able to understand.  The GOP released a statement regarding the books release, “We hope this book helps children everywhere understand that we don’t care about them, especially the poor ones.”

“When asked what to do, the congressman’s grin grew, as he whispered softly, ‘I don’t care about you.'”

Mr. McConnell read a portion of the book aloud at a local children’s bookstore, “And in the middle of the Night, 30 million people had such a fright, as their healthcare was taken away.”  Mr. McConnell continued, “When asked what to do, the congressman’s grin grew, as he whispered softly, ‘I don’t care about you.'”  The Senator from Kentucky spoke with us after saying, “This has been a decades-long passion project of mine and the fact that I can stand here today and deny healthcare to children everywhere while being able to explain in a easy to follow narrative…is a godsend.”
