Woman’s Nightmares Resemble Her Real Life

New York, New York — Sweating from what has been yet another night of never ending terror, 27 year-old Ashley Lawson never seems to catch a break as her actual life and nightly terror sessions appear to be one in the same.  “A few nights ago, I had this horrible dream that I was living in a studio apartment while working a dead-end job and continuing a 4 year on-and-off-relationship with Tim from accounting.  I get maybe 30 seconds of relief after I wake up, only to then realize that it’s my reality,” said Lawson.  

Ms. Lawson, who has spent the past eight years “figuring it all out” is starting to see everything catch up with her.  “Every night I go to bed I pray that I’ll dream about something, anything, that isn’t my life. Hell, I’ll even take serial killer dreams at this point,” added Lawson.

More recently, Ms. Lawson was passed up for a job promotion after an embarrassing photo surfaced from an after hours work party wherein Lawson is seen throwing up in a fish tank.  “I don’t want to go to sleep tonight.  I can’t do this anymore!  Please God, make it stop!”
