Los Angeles, CA — Earlier this morning, long time dog owner Ted Kotlet was locked and left in his car while his Jack Russell Terrier, Terry, made his way into Pets Mart. Three hours later Ted was found dead due to heatstroke and dehydration. When asked to comment the Jack Russel Terrier seemed none the wiser as he just sniffed himself ignoring our request.
